Rosalie Keslar Jioio
Rosalie Jioio Keslar is the daughter of Elvira DeSimone Jioio & Fernando Bigo Jioio. Each of her parents immigrated from the Emilia-Romagna (region) of Italy. The DeSimone family came from Ferrara and the "Gioia" (now Jioio) Came from Parma, Italy. Elvira had always dreamed that one day she would open her own restaurant. After her third child that dream came true and her and her husband Fernando spent the rest of their lives working and building the business that has now been passed on down to their family.

Rosalie has carried on the traditions and recipes with her children Giovanna, Jack and Rosalyn. Rosalie's daughter Rosalyn is now bringing the tradition and recipes to you with every Rosalie Jioio's Little Italy experience. Come join them for a wonderful meal today.

Our Pizza is a unique old world family recipe. Our specialty crust is the secret to our pizza. We use traditional restaurant ovens to perfect our crust. Please allow us ample time to prepare our pizzas and take-out orders so you may thouroughly enjoy your Jioio's experience. The average preparation time is approximately 40 mins depending the number of orders being prepared in our kitchen.
